Visual Arts Scotland and artist John Ayscough have launched a fantastic art auction to raise funds for the Emergency Art Workers Support Fund.
The BID auction will run for 24 hours only: opening at 6pm on Friday 1st May and closing at 6pm on Saturday 2nd May. Visit the BID auction here.
To access early bidding, you can email info@visualartsscotland.org to be added to a VIP Bidders List, where you’ll be able to bid from 12pm.
It’s great to see such a generous display of solidarity among artists helping out their fellow artists struggling to keep afloat due to Coronavirus.
The Emergency Art Workers Support Fund (EAWSF) is a temporary relief fund supporting creative practitioners who have been impacted by COVID-19. It takes less than a week from the deadline for the funds to be transferred into the successful recipient’s bank account.
